The story behind Virtual Venue

Virtual Venue started with a simple but powerful insight: the traditional way of planning sports events was no longer fit for purpose. Too many spreadsheets. Too many site visits. Too much room for error.

Our journey began when UEFA approached Focus BC, the company behind Virtual Venue, to solve a critical challenge: how to plan and reconfigure major events quickly and accurately in high-pressure environments. We built a custom tool for them, one that brought geospatial intelligence, digital collaboration, and operational visibility into one unified space.

That tool became the foundation for what is now Virtual Venue: a fully integrated, map-based platform where every detail is visible, every decision traceable, and every stakeholder connected.

The result? A smarter way to work: remotely, efficiently, and with confidence.
